Today, when most of the male celebrities of Bollywood are obsessed with six pack abs and hit the gym every day, there is a man in Bollywood who keeps himself fit by natural ways. Yes! You’re right, we are talking about the ‘Khiladiyon ka Khiladi’, Akshay Kumar. Unlike the other Bollywood stars, Akshay does not endorse six pack abs and has his own way of exercising. Early in the morning, Akshay goes for jogging and does 3 sets of push-ups to keep himself fit. Along with jogging, he mixes up various fitness routines like sometimes he goes for trekking and hiking. To keep the body flexible, he plays basketball thrice a week.We all know that this action king of Bollywood also practices martial arts and kickboxing. In addition to this, he is also the regular practitioner of Yoga. His favourite Yoga positions are Pranayam, Yamas, Niyamas, Santosha and Meditation.

Breakfast
  1. Eggs
  2. Paranthas and a Glass of Fresh Juice or Milkshake
Lunch  
Akshay doesn’t eat outside. Even if he is on the shoot, he brings his food from home that includes, a bowl of rice, dal, chapati, and Sabzi.

Dinner
Akshay's dinner is always low in carbohydrates
  1. A bowl of Soup
  2. Salad
  3. Boiled Chicken
Between meals
Between the major meals he takes dry fruit as snacks.
